The hacienda-style villa has recently undergone a renovation that has seen the addition of elegantly designed bathrooms and new bedroom furnishings, highlighting the villa's charming hacienda architecture and professional interior decor. The interior design elements lend a distinctive and welcoming atmosphere that distinguishes this property from the rest. Within the villa, you'll discover Saltillo tile flooring, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, and ceiling fans in each room. The special touches continue with genuine Talavera tile and locally sourced artwork. The master bathroom and second bathroom have been tastefully renovated, showcasing top-of-the-line finishes, including custom floating cabinets, frameless glass shower doors, and eye-catching Malibu (Talavera) tile details in the showers and around the mirrors. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, gas range/oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven. We are pleased to provide both regular and decaf coffee, assorted teas, creamer and olive oil, vinegar, and spices. We even provide a few snacks to carry you over from your arrival at 3 PM until dinner! You'll also find a cozy bar area with seating for three. The living room provides a comfortable retreat, complete with a flat-screen TV, a Surround Soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity, a DVD player, and a wood-burning fireplace. The furnishings, curated by the renowned designer Fausto Palanco, showcase quality and style. Guest access

You will have complete access to the villa, and we offer convenient parking with 1-2 spaces located right outside the villa for your use. Should you require any recommendations for dining or sightseeing, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is a pleasant and memorable one. PLEASE NOTE: The Las Gaviotas Homeowners Association (HOA) enforces strict rules concerning the number of guests allowed. Any additional guests or day visitors will be denied entry at the front gate. For 2-bedroom units, the maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests, which includes infants and children. In addition, the Las Gaviotas HOA maintains a strict no-pet/animal policy for non-owners. We welcome many guests celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and other events with us. We ask that no confetti or glitter be used in the house. Rentals of 2 weeks or more will require an additional cleaning fee.
